TEACHING STYLE

Motivating. Inspiring. High-Energy. High Intensity. Work Hard, Party/Play Hard. But don't worry if spin is new to you - you'll get options in class as everything takes time and practice!

QUALIFICATIONS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Teaching spin for 4+ years both in-studio and recordings for at-home workouts. Guide at Othership facilitating breathwork, mindfulness, and a class on happiness. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and currently working at Pinterest in my full-time role.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

I love deep beats, big drops and to motivate and inspire you! I push my riders to challenge themselves, work hard, and sweat but to have fun and party on the bike while doing it (almost like you're at a club but working out). Think of me as your positive, hype-up cheerleader, with endless energy who wants to show you what you're capable of and how fun life can be.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

Fitness has been a huge part of my life since I started going to the gym as a teenager! It's grounded me, given me the endless amount of energy I have, and showed me what I am capable of mentally and physically all of these years. I want to be able to operate at my best and highest self and fitness is a huge part of that. When I rode my first spin class 5+ years ago I wanted to be on that podium inspiring, motivating, and pushing others mentally, physically, and emotionally the same way the instructor did for me and I feel so lucky to be able to do that every week!

FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT

I like to mix it up! You'll find me in HIIT, Yoga + Pilates, and Ride studios as I go based on my mood and what my body needs. Make sure to say hi if you see me in any of them :).

FUN FACT

Alongside health and wellness, I love business and in my full-time role, I get to work at Pinterest in sales (which is still a pinch-me moment even after 2 years)! I also always have 3+ drinks on me 😂 - whether it be coffee, matcha, water, a smoothie, green juice, or wine. I've also sadly become a snob when it comes to all of them.
