In our 16,000+ sq ft deluxe space, we’re running highly personalized yoga, HIIT and ride classes powered by Toronto’s hottest independent trainers and studios. Of course, since fitness isn’t just about exercise, we’ve also gathered the city's most exciting vendors of health and wellness products to support our offering.

TREAT YOURSELF
When you’re done breaking a sweat, cool down with a tonic of your choice at our licensed bar, our café by Nutbar, or in one of our lounge spaces. All three floors are equipped with lounges that include WiFi and charging stations, so there’s no rush to leave. Unwind and refresh in our luxurious, fully-stocked change rooms. Take relaxation to another level with a massage, facial or our Somadome meditation pod.

We are Toronto's wellness community hub. We bring individuals reaching for the top of their game together in one inclusive, luxurious facility. To support our community of activity and wellness seekers, we're curating an amazing events program that will include everything from guest speakers, beauty demonstrations, pop-up retail, live DJ classes, recovery clinics and more. Chi Junky® Yoga & Wellness Studio is known for creating an awesome yoga experience with killer playlists, individual attention to begin or deepen your practice and an essential oil massage in savasana in every class. Curated by Rachelle Wintzen, a seasoned yoga instructor who brings a unique flare to the yoga experience with her creative sweaty flows and music to move you. HIIT by George Chaker

HIIT by George Chaker delivers high intensity workouts to chisel and tone your best body. A trifecta of creative intervals keeps classes as fresh as they are challenging; treadmill drills, weight training, and boxing drills. Efficiency, adaptability and inspiration strike a perfect balance for the ultimate experience. Designed to lift you up while you break through mental barriers, get ready to get down at the gym like you do on the dance floor with our unique vibe - courtesy of our namesake fitness innovator, entertrainer and master dj. Get ready to HIIT it hard while having the time of your life.

ride by S&T

Sweat and Tonic is bringing a new indoor cycling experience to Toronto. Incorporating the best from both metric and rhythm ride styles, we’ll have you racing past goals and riding to the beat. Custom-designed light shows, sound systems and class programs will immerse minds and bodies into a focused rhythm. Our Technogym bikes include patented technology to blend precision with comfort for a ride like no other. Personal goals and metrics will be integrated into this group fitness format to drive each of us forward, together. We’re here to show up for ourselves and the person on either side of us. We can’t wait to ride together.

nutbar is a superfood snack cafe founded by Kate Taylor Martin, a Toronto-based holistic nutritionist. nutbar puts the world's most nutrient-rich and highest-quality foods and beverages in the spotlight, serving as the perfect fuel companion for Sweat and Tonic's busy, active and health-minded community. An assortment of juices, smoothies, coffees and snack-based food is 100% organic, carefully sourced and combines the world's most powerful superfoods to leave you feeling good inside and out.

Meet Kate

While studying nutrition at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, Kate Taylor Martin began to dream up a concept for a healthy cafe in Toronto – one which would replace the typical coffee shop fare of muffins, donuts and croissants, with alternatives that were still delicious but also good for you. She knew she wanted to educate people about the benefits of these foods, to create a space to nourish their minds and souls and to partner with the community to create a space and concept where people could feel good. Kate built nutbar around a holistic approach to health and a goal of getting rid of all the marketing messages and noise and to pair it down to the basics. She realized that our best guide to eating well is to focus on real, whole food.
