Having transitioned from competitive dancing to bodybuilding and eventually becoming a group fitness instructor, I bring years of experience in the fitness industry, complemented by my Certified StriveLife Fitness Certification.

ENERGY!! People will experience the amazing synergy generated not only by the intensity of the workout but also by the energy from the S&T community surrounding you!! We truly train hard like a team and celebrate like a team. Music wise: electronic, techno, tech house, with a ton of remixes & a touch of the 90s.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

When I was young, I was immersed in the world of competitive sports, thanks to my sister who excelled in both soccer and dance. Following in her footsteps, I had the privilege of being coached by the best - my dad - and surrounded by the best of teams but also lifelong friendships. Fast forward 25 years, and my passion for fitness, sports and community remains the same. Whether it's moving to the beat, strength training, or running half marathons, this passion will be there forever. It’s a lifestyle!
