What to expect in my class

A sweat-dripping, heart-pounding experience. Through powerful playlists and passionate motivation, my goal is to push you to discover layers of strength you never knew you had. During class, I’ll queue up pop, dance, EDM – perhaps even the odd hip hop track – invite you to meet me wherever you’re at in that moment and simply get lost in the beat.

How I got into fitness

I grew up playing competitive soccer and have always been someone who chases excellence in everything I pursue. Early exposure to strength and interval training helped me perform better on and off the field and gave me unlimited ways to challenge myself both physically and mentally. After a serious knee injury sidelined my soccer career, I craved the feeling that only being part of a team could generate and thankfully discovered indoor cycling. The rest, as they say, is history!

Favourite way to sweat

Spinning and lifting heavy weights. Give me a heavy barbell, some noise cancelling headphones and a killer playlist and I’m one happy gal!
