    We bring HIIT training into the heat of the Hot Yoga Studio to turn up the burn in this S&T favourite. Expect short bursts of high intensity exercises that focus on stabilizing, strengthening, and toning the whole body - all while moving (and sweating) to the beat.

  • Hot Boxing HIIT

    The boxing ring holds no mercy, so neither will we! Prepare to sweat hard in this 60-minute shadow boxing and conditioning class set in our HOT Yoga Studio. Quick transitions between high-intensity work with short, focused breaks between rounds will get your rate up and combine a run, boxing session, and gym workout all in one.

  • Dance HIITs

    This dynamic sweat fest brings cardio and choreo together into a rhythm-based bodyweight session. Decompress with a class dance stretch before putting together a music video worthy combination. Taught by Dustin Pym - S&T Founding Trainer, Kinesiology professor, and dance choreographer.

  • Sunset Flow & Restore - Sweat on the Roof only

    Low Intensity

    Flow it out and then calm it all down in this 50/50 class of Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. We'll start by waking up the body, activating muscles, and working up a sweat, and then rinse it all out with stretching and meditation. You'll leave feeling strong, centered, and restored.
