Our Mission: Inclusion for all.
Our purpose is to create a fitness & wellness space and community where everyone is included and welcome. We encourage open communication, educational opportunities, embracing differences, and lifting each other up to ensure both team members and guests are respected, valued, safe, and supported. We are absolutely and actively against any form of racism, discrimination, harassment, or hate. Whether you work here, exercise here, or stop by for a snack, you are an important part of our Sweat Fam. At S&T, we work with our community to collaborate together, elevate each other, and create a place to belong.
