With an emphasis on movement progression, learn the basics of all the major movement patterns in a focused, private training-style environment, tailored to your unique needs, goals, and abilities.

SIX WEEKS TO STRONGER PROGRAM

End date: February 16, 2022
Every Monday & Wednesday at 2 PM with Dustin Pym

Fee includes:
Initial fitness assessment
12 personalized, small group fitness training sessions over 6 weeks (1 hour per session)
30-minute Nutrition & Naturopath consultation from Lemon Water Wellness
End-of-program fitness assessment
