Find daily 45 minute outdoor workouts in parks across Toronto, and we’re bringing the heat with us! Just bring yourself, a yoga mat, workout shoes, and a water bottle — we’ll bring the heat.

June’s Sweat in the Park classes are held at Allan Gardens (160 Gerrard St E). Meeting point is at the southwest area of Allan Gardens (enter through Gerrard St E) at class start time – see here for the exact location.
