How I got into fitness

I started yoga in 2008 and discovered its ability to heal my body and mind. Since then, I’ve explored modalities across strength training, Barre and Pilates to complement my practice.

Favourite way to sweat

Yoga, Pilates, HIIT and dance!

Fun fact

I once had a pet hamster named Chuckie, who I named after the character of my favourite cartoon as a kid, Rugrats.
