What to expect in my class

Lots of energy with a boss mindset. I’m also constantly switching things up to keep it fresh so you never know what to expect.

How I got into fitness

I started in university and found out the gym membership was only $5 so I figured that would be a great way to pass time. Then a few years later, my uncle took me under his wing and taught me how to lift weights. I’ve been hooked ever since.

Favourite way to sweat

Hitting the pavement for a run or on the bike

I’m obsessed with grocery shopping
