What to expect in my class

In my classes, working out is a celebration of what YOUR body can do. You can always expect clear cues, a range of modifications, and supportive language to help you make the most of the workout and leave feeling strong and energized! Every class is made up of flowy and fiery sequences driven by the beat of the music.

How I got into fitness

I’m part of the classic dancer to fitness instructor pipeline. After 10 years of competitive dance, I knew the studio is where I felt most at home. So I started teaching dance while at university. My dance studio had a partnership with a local yoga studio, offering teachers free classes at either studio. I immediately fell in love with hot yoga and the rest is history (AKA I started teaching yoga, then barre, then Pilates!).

Favourite way to sweat

Low impact everything. I love reformer Pilates, barre, and yoga! When I’m feeling a bit spicy, I’ll pop into the occasional spin or HIIT class.

Fun fact

I’m currently learning how to tattoo.
