How I got into fitness

I fell in love with group aerobics at the Central YMCA in the eighties. Jane Fonda and Madonna were my first gurus – they still are.

Favourite way to sweat

I love a slow sweaty Flow class that melts me into stillness.

Superpower

I asked a couple of students what my superpower is: “she makes building a sweat feel like a hug”
