200hrRYT. I also hold certifications in: yin yoga, trauma-informed yoga, postnatal yoga, restorative yoga, restorative yoga for bigger bodies, low back and pelvis control & rehabilitation, social justice & anti-oppression in yoga, advanced pranayama & meditation, yoga as a healing modality, universal principles of yoga alignment, advanced yoga philosophy, advanced variations and modifications of Surya and Chandra Namaskar.

Favourite way to sweat

I love hiking up mountains! In the past few years I’ve made it up Machu Picchu, Rainbow Mountain and Humantay Lake in Peru, as well as a bunch of volcanoes in Costa Rica!
