How I got into fitness

I grew up running, but was not known as an athlete. After graduating high school, I began practicing Muay Thai, and fell in love. I continued to train intensively over the years, and began cross training to compliment my sport through the help of coaches and other athletes. This helped me further establish discipline, and finding the ‘why’ behind my relationship with fitness. The support I received during my fitness journey is what I want to provide for anyone that steps through the doors of my class, no matter where they are in their journey.
