My goal is to challenge people while educating them on proper movement patterns. I also like to create a fun and positive environment that people enjoy coming back to.

  • Bachelor of Kinesiology in Honours at Western University
  • Certified Personal Trainer with CanFitPro
  • Currently receiving my Health Coaching Certification
What to expect in my class

High intensity, challenging, and creative movements that will make you sweat. And of course, lots of banging beats to bring the energy up.

How I got into fitness

Being active and health oriented was always a passion of mine. I grew up playing sports but always loved the training aspect more than the actual competitions. This inspired me to get into strength training and educate myself on nutrition which I then turned into a career.

Favourite way to sweat

High-intensity functional training or running outdoors.
