Teaching Style

The practice is powerful alchemy. I love how we can elevate our mood, make our body feel better, and increase our focus through it. I want to show you how strong you are; physically, mentally and emotionally.

Qualifications & Accomplishments

My husband, Jonathan Phair, and I, run two companies together: Phair Yoga and Focus Retreats. Some might think it’s crazy to spend that much time together, but we feel like we’re living our best life!

What to expect in my class

My movement classes combine long extended flows (think 20 minutes all right side, followed by the left), with alignment-based cues and fun transitions.

How I got into fitness

I came to fitness after noticing that my mobility was lacking from sitting all day at my desk job. Yoga found me and gradually I found myself as comfortable in a handstand as I used to be at a desk!

Favourite way to sweat

It’s a toss-up between a really sweaty Vinyasa class, and running around the city with my Miniature Schnauzer, Abbie!

Fun fact

In the past 11 years, I’ve lived in 12 apartments, 4 cities, 3 countries and on 2 continents! The only constant thing is change.
