What to expect in my class

Lots of sweat.  You’re going to be working hard and having fun at the same time.  You’re always going to learn something new about yourself physically, mentally and emotionally because it’s always a challenge.  Everyone in my class is a support system for one another as we work towards our health/fitness goals together in class and out of class.

How I got into fitness

It all started with a dream of making my high school team soccer team after feeling out of shape and not properly nourishing my body. I convinced my parents to get me a HIP HOP ABS workout DVD set from Shaun T’s infomercial for my birthday. I changed my health through dance and exercise, made the soccer team, and it’s been a happy marriage between myself and fitness ever since that summer of 2008. Then branched out into football, powerlifting, weightlifting and calisthenics.

Playing soccer and any HIIT form of training

Fun fact

I’ve gone snorkeling in the Dominican Republic without knowing how to swim and with 2 extremely heavy duty life jackets on.
