Intentional programming to help you explore and connect with your unique body. Expect lots of variations and options for movement, making my classes accessible for wherever you are in your fitness journey, as well as a playlist that helps you drop in even deeper.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

I grew up an athlete because of my restless energy and competitive nature. When I took my first yoga class at the age of 14, I realized movement could be an avenue for deeper self-exploration and an incredible tool for my mental health. I started exploring multiple fitness modalities and fell in love with taking care of my body, mind, and soul through movement.
