  • Bachelors of Kinesiology with honors from the University of Toronto
  • Certified Personal Trainer with National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
  • 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training completed in Dharamsala, India
  • Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification

How I got into fitness

I was an athlete growing up (basketball, volleyball, cheerleading, cross-country, dance) so I’ve always loved movement. Fitness has helped me become a self-disciplined and powerful woman.

Lifting weights, boxing, running and yoga
