  • Queen’s University graduate with a major in gender studies and minor in health studies
  • Certified Personal Trainer through CanFitPro
  • Currently receiving my Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification
What to expect in my class

A perfectly balanced combination of choreography, sprints, hill climbs and upper body work accompanied by dirty driving beats! Whether it’s EDM, Hip Hop, or Top 40 remixes, I promise you’ll walk out of the studio smiling, stronger and absolutely drenched!

How I got into fitness

Growing up, my life revolved around playing hockey and rugby. However, after suffering multiple concussions, the gym became a way for me to satisfy my competitive nature while also keeping my body and mind healthy.

Favourite way to sweat

Any form of cardio!!!

Fun fact

My superpower would have to be finding amazing remixes to all of your favourite songs! Also, a fun fact is that I eat a peanut butter and banana sandwich before teaching every class (carbs are key).
