Growing up, my life revolved around playing hockey and rugby. However, after suffering multiple concussions, the gym became a way for me to satisfy my competitive nature while also keeping my body and mind healthy.
Any form of cardio!!!
My superpower would have to be finding amazing remixes to all of your favourite songs! Also, a fun fact is that I eat a peanut butter and banana sandwich before teaching every class (carbs are key).
