TEACHING STYLE

Motivating and encouraging with a dose of bringing more fun and positivity to your everyday life. Always working to push you and achieve new PBRs, but also acknowledge that each day is different and it is imperative that you listen to your body. A good dose of dancing (and yes, singalong karaoke for those particular themed classes) and lots of tips on how to incorporate your full body in either Rides or Hot HIITs.

QUALIFICATIONS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Over the years I have taken thousands of ride, HIIT and yoga classes across Canada, the US and wherever my daytime job has me traveling in the world. I have loved being able to draw inspiration from all of these classes while adding in my own twist. I truly believe that whatever you want to achieve, when you put in the work, ANYTHING is possible. The confidence I gained from training to be an instructor even helped me quit my corporate job and pursue my own business. Again, ANYTHING is possible when the time and effort is there.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS

45 minutes of constant feel good movement. You WILL be singing a lot of the time but also expect moments of really pushing your body in a safe and supportive environment. Judgement free zone.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

Growing up my mom was a personal trainer so I truly grew up in the gyms. I found that fitness was the number one beneficial thing when dealing with my anxiety and stress. Fitness has brought me new friends and healthier habits to my life. This is the best job in the world.

FAVOURITE WAY TO SWEAT

Obviously Ride and hot HIIT but outside of that I LOVE to jam in yoga classes and am recently getting very into Pilates!

FUN FACT

I grew up in Orlando (hints why Disney songs may make appearances in my class), went to school at Florida State University AND lived in Shanghai, China for a few years when I was 18.
