Teaching Style

High energy, high octane, and a whole lot of party. With an emphasis on form, control, and riding to the beat, I want you to maximize the 45 minutes you’ve dedicated to yourself. With the right crew, spin should be as much fun as a Friday night.

What to expect in my class

A reason to check everything at the door, and focus on yourself. Heavy climbs, jogs, interval racing, and some intense choreography. Typical music includes Top 40, Techno, and Club Remixes. I am always on the hunt for new music, so expect the unexpected.

How I got into fitness

After coming out of a dark period in my life, fitness gave me a purpose to feel good, do good, and be good. In holding myself accountable to the community I developed, I was able to appreciate myself for who I am, and not who I wanted to be. Through this, I realized fitness could be fun, social, and no longer a chore; so I try to bring that energy to every class. Since day one, it has always been about community… come as one, leave as a crew.

Favourite way to sweat

RIDE or HIIT class with my friends, rocking a new workout outfit, and a massive latte in hand.

Fun fact

I’m a fashionphile, history buff, and have visited every Smithsonian Museum.
