I started my journey training in Tae Kwon Do for 9 years and competed in various golden belt tournaments. Simultaneously, I trained in a number of dance styles competing and performing nationally. Once I graduated from Etobicoke School of the Arts, I joined The Toronto Raptors dance team, with high stress on conditioning and HIIT workout training to sustain what was required to perform both nationally and internationally.
