My mom was a spin instructor when I was growing up so I always would attend her classes (and was always off beat). Growing up in the fitness industry, I understand the importance of movement as medicine. I attended a conference in Miami to get Spin and Group Fitness Certified in 2015 and the rest was history!
You’ll find me on a spin bike (of course), on a Megaformer doing Lagree or out for a walk/hike!
I’ve been skydiving and have been to almost 30 countries!
