A joyful, solid, focused and yet calming experience that is always rooted in sthira sukham asanam – consistently encouraging you to abide in relative ease (physically, mentally + emotionally) when practicing… even in the face of difficulty or adversity.

How I got into fitness

I’ve always been a bit of an athlete and my experience with cancer in 2007 is what really got me into yoga – and more specifically – restorative yoga
