  • Placing top 5 at the Trimuskokan and Toronto Triathlon Festival
  • Graduating with honors from the Queen’s Commerce program
  • Ride to Conquer Cancer – 220km ride in support of the Princess Margret Cancer Centre for the past two years

Fisher – Losing It

What to expect in my class

In my class, you can expect a ton of trap remixes with a bit of hip hop and rap – that heavy bass from Fisher, Drake, Tiesto and Hardwell will push you through bursts of intensity, up hills and set the rhythm for the ride.

How I got into fitness

Growing up as a long-distance runner and varsity rower, I love pushing my physical boundaries. I got into indoor cycling as off-season training for Triathlons and fell in love with the heavy beats, dark room and physical intensity.

Triathlons, spinning or boxing

Fun fact

I’m a brand marketer in the alcohol industry, so I’m really equal parts Sweat and Tonic!
