What to expect in my class

Expect a well rounded yoga experience. Forget about nailing the perfect insta pose and build your practice from the inside out. Expect to feel present, calm and at peace so that you can be a better version of yourself in everyday life.

How I got into fitness
Always an athlete since I could walk. I grew up playing hockey, baseball and basketball. In 2010 started working at lululemon and my yoga journey began.

The steam room/sauna 😉 or Hip Hop Sweat Flow
