What to expect in my class

Expect to find that mind – body connection. Become aware of what your soul is asking for, and provide it with that nourishing movement, meditation, and breath. Watching you explore what your body can do and unlocking that next level is my absolute favourite. Every flow is filled with juice, spice, and release.

How I got into fitness

Fell into movement as soon as I could walk. I was a competitive dancer until I was 18. Then transitioned to yoga, running, and HIIT. Mindful movement is my passion now.

Favourite way to sweat

Dancing in the sun, juicy vinyasa sessions, or feeling the burn on the stair master.

Fun fact

My rescue pup is my favourite earthling.
