What to expect in my class

Me saying a whole lot of “Embrace the Pain!!” to push you through sweaty workouts that will challenge your strength, endurance, balance and will to CRUSH your workout! A killer playlist will help motivate you to crush also, not to worry 😉

How I got into fitness

I’ve always loved sports growing up and was on numerous teams throughout all my schooling. I worked in medical sales out of University and while I had great success professionally, it was at the expense of my mental, emotional and physical health. Getting into fitness empowered me, connected me to an incredibly supportive community and put me on my true life path. Fast forward and here I am now, empowering others to see that movement truly is medicine.

Favourite way to sweat

Through sports (I’m obsessed with all racquet sports), hiking adventures in ALL the nature and lifting weights!

Fun fact

I was born and raised in Romania and my favourite cartoons growing up (Flintstones, Sailor Moon, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) were my best English teachers 🙂
