What to expect in my class

Expect a thoughtfully programmed class that invites you to go at your own pace. But, don’t be surprised if I drop down and hold a plank with you for a little extra encouragement. Nothing makes me happier than seeing you push beyond what you thought was possible!

How I got into fitness

My fitness journey started with Yoga. I attended my first class in undergrad and was hooked. Mindful movement, challenging postures paired with introspection – I knew I wanted to teach this stuff! Shortly after I started teaching I began to explore the fitness world and have recently found another passion – HIIT!

I played piano for 8 years and flute for 6 years.
