Expect to have permission to show up exactly as you are and move in ways that serve you. It’s all about how you feel moment to moment.

How I got into fitness

I went to my first yoga class in 2012 – during my first year of university which was the most stressful time. Since that first class, I’ve committed myself to exploring as many styles of movement as possible.
