What to expect in my class

Intentional sequencing that forces you to remain truly present in the moment, focused on each breath and each movement. I emphasize functional strength, flexibility, and mobility throughout my classes, which are power vinyasa based with a modern twist. Find heat building and energizing movements that leave you feeling strong, uplifted, and connected.

How I got into fitness

I started playing hockey when I was two years old and always found myself very into the off-ice training and conditioning aspect of the sport. I knew I always wanted to work with my body and after I tried my first yoga class (which I very much struggled through). I slowly began to implement the practice into my daily life and have never looked back.
