Upbeat, fun, and energetic. I’m known for the odd one liner that will make you giggle. I like to balance having fun with proper form and options for modifications so that you feel supported every step of the way – after all, fitness is for EVERYONE!
Prepare to feel supported but challenged with intentional programming that has you feeling the burn in all the right places. My goal is to help you better connect with your working muscles so that you can get the most out of your classes.
I have always felt happiest while moving. When I was younger, I was in competitive cross country skiing & running, and eventually became an avid group fitness junkie. Eventually, I decided to turn my passion into my purpose and began teaching Ride and Lagree. After having my daughter, I became focused on healing my core through postnatal Pilates and have recently earned my mat Pilates certification as a direct result of this practice.
Strength training, Lagree/reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, Ride, and HIIT.
Japan and South Africa are my top two bucket list travel destinations.
