Congrats, we can’t wait to meet you! All you’ll need to bring is workout clothes, runners, and a water bottle (we also sell everything but runners here in case you forget something). Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your first class so we can give you a full tour of the space, get you familiar with the studio(s) you’ll be in, and make sure you’re all set to get your sweat on!
No, we provide all of those for you at no additional cost. All you have to do is show up and get ready to sweat.
You can come to class at 15 years old, but you must be accompanied by an adult until you’re 18.
Out of respect for your fellow classmates, we start classes on time and do not allow latecomers. We are firm with this policy because many classes begin with an introduction that includes proper form and technique required to be successful in the class. Your studio time is a gift to yourself – make time for you!
You must cancel class 12 hours in advance or you will lose your credit, or be charged a $15 cancelation fee if you are on an unlimited plan. This includes switching classes or timeslots under the 12-hour notice time period. You can cancel online, or by calling us.
If it’s your first visit, please arrive 30 minutes prior to class. If it’s not your first visit, we ask that you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before class to make sure you’re all set for doors to open. If you are not checked in 5 minutes prior to class start, we may open your spot to guests on the waitlist. Please give us a call if you’re running late so we can hold your spot.
Booking online is recommended to ensure you secure a spot in class, but walk-ins are welcome.
Yes, if you have a credit pack, feel free to sign up friends for classes or services using your credits! To do this, book two spots in class and then click the dropdown next to the spot you want to give to a friend. Click “Assign to Guest” and enter your friend’s email address. They’ll receive a link to make sure they’re booked in! Note that only 50% of your credits can be used to book for people other than yourself, and your guest will need to create an account to register. Note that Unlimited Memberships cannot be shared, unless you are one of the Founding 200 Unlimited Members, in which case you have 3 credits per month to use on guests or events .
Yes. The small sauna is 1 credit to book, and the large sauna costs you 2 credits. It’s up to you how much space you want!
You’re welcome to wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. Common attire includes: swimwear, underwear, and athletic wear. Towels are provided.
Any unused credits will not roll over to the next month, but you can use your credits for any class, various services (hint: see question above), and you can use up to 50% of your credits to book classes or services for friends! You can also use your credits past your billing window – for example, if your monthly membership expires in 3 days, but the classes are available to book for the next 10 days, you can use your credits from your current billing cycle to book classes or services at any point within that 10 day window. Keep in mind that if you don’t use your credits to book before 11:59pm on the day before your contract renews, they will disappear from your account.
Yes, you can put your account on hold for up to 90 days within 1 calendar year. You must provide a minimum of 6 days’ notice to ensure your account is not automatically charged. Email or call us to put your account on hold.
