Yes, if you have a credit pack, feel free to sign up friends for classes or services using your credits! To do this, book two spots in class and then click the dropdown next to the spot you want to give to a friend. Click “Assign to Guest” and enter your friend’s email address. They’ll receive a link to make sure they’re booked in! Note that only 50% of your credits can be used to book for people other than yourself, and your guest will need to create an account to register. Note that Unlimited Memberships cannot be shared, but you can use the guest credits that come with your membership to book spots for guests or events.
Congrats, we can’t wait to meet you! All you’ll need to bring is workout clothes, runners, and a water bottle (we also sell everything but runners here in case you forget something). Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your first class so we can give you a full tour of the space, get you familiar with the studio(s) you’ll be in, and make sure you’re all set to get your sweat on!
No, we provide all of those for you at no additional cost. All you have to do is show up and get ready to sweat.
If it’s your first visit, please arrive 30 minutes prior to class. If it’s not your first visit, we ask that you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before class to make sure you’re all set for doors to open. If you are not checked in 5 minutes prior to class start, we may open your spot to guests on the waitlist. Please give us a call if you’re running late so we can hold your spot.
Out of respect for your fellow classmates, we start classes on time and do not allow latecomers. We are firm with this policy because many classes begin with an introduction that includes proper form and technique required to be successful in the class. Your studio time is a gift to yourself – make time for you!
You must cancel class 12 hours in advance or you will lose a credit, for Unlimited Memberships you will be charged a $5 cancellation fee for Sweat Live/Tonic House/Somadome and $15 for Open Gym Sessions. This includes switching time slots under the 12-hour notice time period. You can cancel online, or by calling us. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact us at hello@sweatandtonic.com or 647-372-0225.
We do not allow refunds and do not accept refund requests for price adjustments.

Any unused credits will not roll over to the next month, but you can use your credits for any class, various services, and you can use up to 50% of your credits to book classes or services for friends! You can also use your credits past your billing window – for example, if your monthly membership expires in 3 days, but the classes are available to book for the next 10 days, you can use your credits from your current billing cycle to book classes or services at any point within that 10 day window. Keep in mind that if you don’t use your credits to book before 11:59pm on the day before your contract renews, they will disappear from your account.
