The health and safety of our community is our top priority. We’ve made changes to S&T so you can sweat responsibly. Train with confidence knowing that our commitment is to our Sweat Fam: new processes and services are in place to keep you safe. As industry leaders, we have made the conscious decision to go above and beyond government regulations. This includes consulting with healthcare experts for new operating procedures, training our team in the latest COVID-19 prevention and management strategies, and investing in facility upgrades. Sweat and Tonic has been a home away from home to so many of you, and we intend to retain this sentiment as we build a new norm.

Breathe easy. We have upgraded our air ventilation with hospital-grade MERV 13 filters, which capture airborne droplet nuclei and other particles that viruses and bacteria are attached to. Our facility is also equipped with Energy Recovery Ventilators which exchange stale air from inside with fresh air from outside at a rapid rate.
Classes available at 75% to 100% capacity
You’re in. Book classes, events, Somadome and sauna sessions online and check-in at our touchless reception. Our booking system allows us to manage capacity within our facilities and ensures sanitizing after every class and session.
I don’t know if I’m comfortable coming into the studio. What are my options?
We’d recommend booking a class during off-peak times (generally during typical office hours), as these classes tend to be less busy than before and after work. If you’re not ready for in-person classes, you can still get great workouts in with your favourite S&T instructors on Sweat on Demand! You can sign up here for a 1-week trial.
Are masks still mandatory indoors?
No, per the latest Toronto Public Health requirements, masks are no longer required indoors. Guests are still welcome to wear masks if they’d prefer.
